The 5th Technical meeting was held in Alicante, Spain, by the University of Alicante.
The University of Alicante was created in October 1979, nowadays, with its 33,000 students, it is proportionally the fastest growing University in Spain. The UA is committed to achieving leading objectives and methods in the teaching-learning process within the European Convergence Framework.
The meeting was welcomed by prof. Narciso who was involved in the last five years on different projects of FP6 and FP7 related with the manufacture of SiC materials (ALICE, EXTREMAT, FeMAs) and molecular dynamics simulation (PERFECT, FeMAs). The participants had the chance to visit the University of Alicante labs.
During the meeting it was finalised and delivered the 18-th month progress report and financial statements.
